When we were there only two elevators were working for 22 floors with possibly 20 ish rooms on each floor. We stood waiting for an empty elevator for 20 minutes. In the end, we had to press the up button to go down. For a Hilton, I’d expect more.

I am a Hilton Honors member but was treated shabbily because I booked through Expedia. Issues with internet access; broken elevators that made every trip an unwanted experience; broken ice machines which meant going to the lobby bar to encounter less-than-friendly staff. Multiple calls to the front desk resulted in hangups after waiting on the line for more than five minutes at a time; I am never staying at this site again!

Rip offf

Your location charged almost 50$ to park overnight and there was no mention of that prior to arriving. The times in the bathroom were cracked and stained, the tub faucet leaked and there was a very awkward hump in the middle of the floor under the carpet that you tripped over.
