My family stayed here from Saturday to Monday. In a great location. The first floor lobby area was very clean. Our room which overlook the river was absolutely disgusted…everything was dusty floors filthy and the bathroom was dirty. Hair which was not ours all over. Shower drain was blocked. Room outdated. I would not recommend.

Beautiful views.

Had a problem at check in but it was quickly resolved. Nice, comfortable room. Restaurant on site has great food. Views are amazing. The only thing that makes it not 5 stars is the elevators. If you weren't in the top floors, you had to wait FOREVER to get a car that wasn't full. We walked down 14 floors because we watched car after car go by because they were full.

Elevator was down and it would take 20+ minutes to get to the room. Room was not well stocked, out of body wash. Asked housekeeping on the 8th floor for a refill, never got it- had to call down to desk hours later to finally get body wash. Whole room needed good scrub, very dusty. Neighbor had dog that barked constantly- all night and even at 6am the next morning. Would not recommend.

took 20 minutes to get an elevator, guy that was supposed to come up and get our bags, came up said give us 5 minutes. Then never came back. Service at desk was rude

Hotel was great. Was a bit of a hike from parking garage to hotel. Room could have been cleaner there was a spoon behind our bed. The pillows were better then most hotels. Pool was very nice as well. The restaurant food was good however the temperature was freezing.

Despite the potential and great location, unfortunately this property is no more than 2 stars due to cleanliness and service. The other reviews that claim it seems great at first then you start to notice little faults, is absolutely true. First of all the toilet was not cleaned upon walking into our room which was absolutely disgusting. You will notice random hairs that aren’t yours, dusty corners, nicks and scruffs, stained bed sheets, and just overall need for renovation or touch up. To make it worse we stayed for 3 nights / 4 days and room service never came once. When I told the front desk, they eventually knocked on our door at 9:30p the even before we were leaving asking if we wanted to be serviced. Then you should also be aware that they will automatically charge you $55 per night for parking even if you did NOT use their parking garage - they assume you did. And it is also very deceitful because you manually pay with a ticket to get out of the garage so you can potentially be charged twice. They advised that they will reverse the erroneous charges after 2 calls, but I am still waiting for it to be cleared. I never got to check out the pool or gym but judging by the condition of the rest of the hotel, I’m sure it was probably filthy. Lobby is nice, restaurant & bar and surrounding walking grounds are beautiful so it is sad that Hilton didn’t live up to their name especially being a major hotel chain. I don’t recommend overall - find somewhere else that is cleaner.

The air conditioning didn't work and it was 100 degrees outside and 80 in our room. Staff told me that "the staff are hot too". It was a horrible experience. They need more hotels on the riverfront.
