They offered nothing complimentary, not even bottled water. Their rooms were said to be non-smoking, our room stank of old cigarette smoke. They only provided TWO pillows per QUEEN bed, which all were flat and lumpy. The room was clean for the most part but could've had a more comfortable feel; musty and outdated. It did what it needed to do for a very short stay.

The first room we were assigned smelled of a decomposing body. My specific request to keep our party together was not honored. We were completely on different sides of the hotel and was told they had no other rooms available. We were given a different room that did not smell as bad but still presented with an odor. We were given 2 bath towels for 4 guests and were told they had no more clean but would bring us some when they became available and they never brought them. Housekeeping did not clean the room the duration of our stay.

Room was very clean. It was wheelchair accessible which I didn’t need but it was very spacious because of that. The front desk staff super friendly. I liked that you needed a room key to get to the rooms. So people not staying there couldn’t walk the halls.

You have not returned my deposit which was 3x the price of the room!! It shows on my bank statement that you charged me the room amount + deposit! I slept and left. There is absolutely zero reason for this!

Room was gross, bathroom light didn’t work. Hooks in the bathroom falling off. Towels hard. Bathroom not well cleaned. Based on reviews I did not expect 5 stars for the price. But this was just gross and the floor was squishy. The hallway smelled musty. Front desk staff were rude and inconvenience by asking a question. At one point our room keys would not work, we went to the front desk twice before they finally had security come up and thr 3rd set of keys worked. Parking lot and surrounding area has a lot of homeless. I will say security was on it though, they would ensure homeless were not loitering and if inside they would escort them out. Would not stay here again!
