Pillows are ASS. Staff seemed disconnected and not on the same page much of the time. Could only set AC to 68°, which was disappointing. The on property amenities, entertainment, and restaurants were excellent. Although disjointed, the staff was generally very nice and helpful. Hotel was pretty clean overall too.

Check in was quick with the desk personnel polite and courteous. Only problem was there was a water leak in the bathroom ceiling from upstairs. We were move to an upgraded room and offered a $50 food credit for the inconvenience.

It was just OK. The reviews that I had read said that the rooms were remodeled, but ours definitely wasn’t. The bathroom needed some maintenance and caulk. The room wasn’t super clean; there was dust on the lamps and TV, and hair in the shower. The beds were reasonable comfortable, but the pillows were terrible. Lots of noise and slamming doors all night long. We ate dinner at the steak place. Everything was à la carte and fairly expensive. I paid $60 for the worst steak I have ever eaten. The location was good; it was nice to be off the strip. Parking was free and vehicle charging is free. The bright spot was the employees. Every employee we interacted with was overly friendly and helpful.
