The place was nice, special design and concept but the cigarette smell was everywhere, everywhere. The worst is that our room in the 9th floor smelled the cigarette like the casino down at the Looby so we had an awful sleeping. I won't return to this place in the future and I don't recommend it to non-smoking people.

The stay was ok. Lobby/mystic falls area needs a bit better ventilation.. Rooms were a little outdated with a slight musty smell. Staff seemed streesed in the bowling area. The workers at the bowling desk were pretty rude,and in the snack area the employee said it was her day off but they we too busy. She was super nice though.
