An example of the great service was a tech that was working on the grounds saw I was heading towards the lobby because we thought our keys got demagnetize and I lead the tech to our room and they were able to assist us getting into our room instead of me having to go back to the lobby. If there is ever another convention in the area in the future, this will be my hotel of choice!
