Got 0 housekeeping services. So a little disappointed with that but due to low staff it’s understandable. Hotel looked pretty run down. Definitely nothing like the pictures.

The hotel was in very poor condition The water fountains didn’t work The key to the room had to be put in at least 8 times to open the door We had no don’t disturb sign. Hot tub out of order for entire 3 night stay and this was the only reason I booked this place instead of other cheaper choices in same location. In room tub could not be stoppered for bath and hot water had limited volume. Also the one morning I had to leave early the breakfast was not ready at scheduled start time.

The staff were excellent. Always pleasant and helpful. The problems are related to age of hoteland maintenance. Ancient coffee makers, room doors that were tricky to open. An old toaster that didn't toast. Toilets really low to the ground. Bathroom light that turned off without warning. Inefficient AC/Heating unit; it was usually to hot in the room. An elevator that threatened to quit at any time. So, I wouldn't recommend it. But, like I said, the staff was great despite the many issues that surrounded them

Nice seemingly quiet area at night since it's mostly professional/industrial area. I felt very safe in the immediate area. The property itself could use some maintenance, cleaning up. The rear door is broken so anyone could walk right in. The elevators aren't very smooth. My bathroom light switch was a little messed up and had to push it just right for it to stay on. I just left it on the last day after popping the gfci outlet once. The toilet paper is in a completely inconvenient area. Very hard to get to. The wifi worked excellent. I connected once, and never had to again in my three nights. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were fine. I could never find a sleep mode on the TV remote, but that's not a big deal. The breakfast was good. I wouldn't have minded a couple more hot items. The scrambled eggs and sausage were good. Waffles are always great with enough syrup. lol I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again if the price is decent.

Bed cover stained, cold shower, no maid service for a three night stay. Hot tub not working. Elevator filthy. Breakfast very skimpy. However the staff was nice and the room was quiet.
