From the beginning James was very polite. And really helpful. The next morning breakfast was hot and ready right away. Your housekeeping did a very nice job keeping the entire hotel clean at all time. Check out Luis was very helpful keep are bag in a great place because my flight was later in the day. Too loud for any sleep
So loud at night. Between the non-stop classical musical played in the parking lot, the low flying jets above, and the constant traffic just outside, it's no wonder we were woken up several times in the night. Definitely a bad location for a hotel.
