由JR稻荷站去酒店只需直行五至十分鐘，參觀完神社更可馬上回到酒店休息，很方便。酒店內的環境也好好，只是地方不夠大，難以同時打開兩個行李箱。如果要洗衣服，建議洗完之後放在室內讓暖氣吹乾。

大満足

所有者の離れ家かと思って行ったら、中古の一軒家でした。 きれいに改装されていて、しかも自由に使える感じで、家族で利用する分には快適でした。 駅も思ったより遠くなかったので、夜に電車を使って京都の繁華街に出かけました。 洗濯洗剤はサービスで置いてあると最高ですね。 でも、コスパは十分で大満足です。また利用したいです。

昔の古い家

7月中旬に旦那と2才の子供と1泊しました。まず、2階建てで寝室が2階にあるのは予約の時点では気付かず少しビックリしました。うちの子供はある程度言えばわかるので大丈夫でしたが、1～2才なりたてのお子さんなどがいるご家庭の方は結構注意が必要かもしれません。2階までの階段が昔ながらの急階段(1段1段がめっちゃ狭い)なので、幼児や妊婦さん・ご高齢の方には少し危ないです。私自身妊婦なので、怖かったです。出来れば予約の時点で写真等で知りたかったです; ただ、設備自体はファミリーやグループ向けな感じです。キッチン(調理器具や食器が大方揃ってます)冷蔵庫、ドライヤー(風量十分にあり)、お風呂(日本の一般家庭によく見られる感じの作り)、トイレ(お風呂に同じくThe　日本の洋式トイレ)、洗濯機、布団(シングル5組が元々敷いてある)、テレビ(20数型くらいの)など家に居るのと変わらい程整っているので、夕食後に洗濯機しても朝には余裕で服も乾いて(2階に屋根付きベランダがあり)助かりました。 出来るだけ見えないようにはしているつもりだったのでしょうが、大きなごみ袋(前の宿泊者のゴミ入り)や備品(シャンプー類)いり段ボール箱が見える所に置いてあったのは完全に見えないように配慮して欲しかったですね。(ゴミはさすがに捨てるなりして欲しい。不快でした。)入り口の下駄箱にあるスリッパが暑さで下駄箱にへばりついており、ベリッ！と剥がしてから履くのが入って早々不安になりました。苦笑(使い捨ての物にした方が…) 清掃自体はまぁまぁ行き届いている感じはあり、汚れなど気になりませんでした。 立地は伏見稲荷駅まで徒歩10分程で、近くに安いコインパーキングもあり(土日祝日でも24時間最大600円)、コンビニが徒歩5分圏内、伏見稲荷まで徒歩10分程と好立地。安いし立地と設備を考えると合格点ですね。(かなり厳しいこと書きましたが。笑) カップルで雰囲気などを求める方は残念感が否めないと思うのであまりオススメ出来ません。
