Hotel rooms are cleaned. They are small. The view of the city on the 18th floor was spectacular. Check-in process was a little confusing. They have the front desk staff but want all guests to use the kiosk. The hotel is about 10 min walk to Tokyo Tower and 3 min to Tokyo plaza where there is a mall and lots of good option. Overall the hotel is nice. I would recommend this hotel.

Lovely central hotel

Lovely hotel, great central location. Quite noisy at night, and beds extra firm (so depends on what suits but found them a little too firm!). Staff incredibly helpful.

We were a family of four visiting Kyoto for the first time. They basically crammed 4 twin-sized beds into a regular sized hotel room- it was quite crowded

Convenient just outside East exit of the train station. All forms of transportation just in front of hot (taxi, bus, subway, all train lines). Multiple restaurants in and around station.
