Front staff were not courteous to me on checki-in day. Rude woman when I was there early to check my luggage in around 1:45pm. Unwelcoming man at counter when I officially checked in at 3pm Wednesday. The cleaning staff on my floor were very courteous.

Bathroom was dated but clean although the drains were smelly. Also , the AC was set to heating only which made the room uncomfortable since we couldn't adjust the temperature. Staff provided Dyson fans for cooling but the AC was not functioning.
