This property was an amazing find. The staff were so friendly and accommodating and the location was smack dab in the middle of the shopping area of Kyoto. My only complaint would have to be the beds. They were on the uncomfortable size. Luckily we only stayed one night because otherwise my back would have not recovered. The sofa bed in which my mother used also was uncomfortable and seemed to be broken. Other than that, the stay was amazing!
