Very central, located above a food hall. Great dinner options and the hotel was very helpful and clean. I would stay here again for the hotel but would prefer to visit a quieter side of Kyoto.

Amazing hotel! It was the best hotel choice i did for my japan trip. It was very centric in kyoto and very close to metro/bus lines. The staff was incredible and provided a great service. Also the breakfast was very complete and of good taste. If I return to kyoto, I will definitely stay here again.

The best stay ever!! Location was prime!! Steps away from shopping, amazing food, the train and Nishiki market!!! The front desk was very welcoming and efficient. Our rooms were freshly cleaned and restocked daily!!

The faucet behind the toilet was a little intimidating, The bathroom arrangement was unusual to us, but functional. The room was very clean, and beds were comfortable, the staff was friendly.

This hotel is without any personality and is very basic. The main advantage of it is its location in a very busy market and shopping area. It is close to several subway stations and bus stops. They offer a fairly good breakfast.

This property was amazing, from the staff assistance at check in until we departed. In previous review's some people spoke of the distance between the 2 towers like there was a huge highway between them lol, this is not the case. The markets are also at your doorstep. Will definitely stay here again.

The hotel is located very close to excellent shopping/drinking/dining options. It was modern and spacious. I would recommend and stay here again. One thing of which to be aware, the hotel is split into a North and a South building, which can be a little confusing when you first arrive.
