Friendly and helpful staff, clean & modern, spacious lobby with free luggage storage, spacious dining room area to chill and have free drinks in the afternoon, loved the Japanese public bath and other common amenities on the 2nd floor, walkable to train stations and shops
5 steps from the door and there's the bed! 3 person room with raised platform beds
Can't sit in between bed and desk if you're literally a fat person
I guess this is a Japanese style bed??? Luggage storage under the bed. Won't work if you have oversized American luggages!

Rooms are deceivingly small from pictures. Barely any room to walk around. Otherwise fine service and pretty clean. Definitely not for a bigger group.

The rooms are extremely small, the smoking room is right in front of the elevators, there is a lot of noise at night, the noise from the cars on the street is loud, and the breakfast buffet is terrible.

I had a wonderful stay, was exactly as described—clean, well-equipped, and located in a great neighborhood, was easy to check-in and check-out, the Wi-Fi was fast, and everything we needed was available. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting

Better comfort elsewhere for same class hotel..

The 3 bedroom layout was terrible. No space to walk for 2 people & it would be worse if there were 3. No amenities in the room upon checking in except for a boiler & cups. Everything has to be collected at the reception. They provide free coffee & soft drinks only on day of check in then on the 3 other days of our stay it was not available. Comfort is lacking in the room bcos of the layout & amenities like coffee & soft drinks is restrained but customer services is good. I would not recommend bcos it’s not worth the price I paid for.

Rooms are a little small but should be fine if youre traveling light. Property and rooms were really clean. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Hotel is really close to train station and has a bus stop almost right outside the door.

The Japanese bath was the highlight of my stay. What a treat! The front desk staff was exceptional gracious - I totally miscalulated my arrival date (forgot about the time change) and ended up missing my original check in date. But they said don't worry, let's get you checked in so you can rest (it was obvious I was exhausted and jet lagged) and the next day they adjusted my stay accordingly. The room was much bigger than expected. Every thing was clean and comfortable.
