The room was very small for 2 adults and 2 kids, no space for the suitcases. Bathroom was really good with a bathtube. Breakfast was okay. They never empty the trash bin in the room.

Convenient location, great customer service, comfortable rooms, but quite a tight fit. Very reasonably priced for the accommodation. The onsite breakfast was available for purchase or could be included in your booking. I was disappointed in the breakfast menu. Overall it was a good experience, with other breakfast options within walking distance.

Excellent and friendly staff, easy transportation to multiple points of interest. Good for a 2-4 nights, but I would prefer a bigger room if staying longer. (But in Japan most of the hotels are going to have small rooms).

Incredible ryokan , a villa that can host 5 people, hard to beat with an outside hot tub! Room could use some blackout blinds, but otherwise highly recommend if you are looking for a ryokan !
