This APA hotel close to shops, 15 mnt to train station. Room is small but it is normal in Japan, spotless. The service is very well organised. Breakfast is excellent, but stay the same for 4 days. Staff are very friendly.

We stayed here for convenience in Kyoto. It is a budget hotel, so the room is extremely small as well as the bathroom. But the cost is reasonable.

Clean but VERY tiny room. No closet or drawers, just two hooks with a few hangers. Staff were ever present but focused, oddly, on having everything done electronically. My phone would not load an app they use for luggage and they seemed a bit put out by that.

Breakfast buffet was excellent, especially if you enjoy savory Japanese food in the morning. Staff was very accommodating and helpful. Room was clean and well appointed. Enjoyed the onsen, it was a fully private experience for me at non-peak hours.
