We had a wonderful stay! The space was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located for exploring the area. It’s my second time there. Staff is exceptional and I always stay in the garden room. It’s convenient to nearly everything including the Kyoto Museum of Art, Another C (great Restuarant, get a reservation), Nishikki Market, convenience stores, good ramen, cafes, etc. Not cheap, but lots of value.

Great location, easy check in. Hotel was a lot smaller and darker than expected, we booked a garden view room and the view was a wall with plants not much natural light. Good budget hotel but found it to be a little underwhelming. Staff were lovely though.
