Lovely hotel in Kyoto. Our garden room was very nice with a modern feel. Staff all very helpful. Happy for us to leave our cases on our last to day and collect later. Very close to metro stations, restaurants and bars. Easy walk to many areas including Nishiki market, Imperial Palace and across the bridge to Yasaka and Sannenzaka. Would definitely stay again.

Situated directly on the banks of the beautiful Kamo River, the hotel offers a tranquil escape while being just steps away from the heart of the action. We loved starting our mornings with a coffee overlooking the river. In the evenings, we could simply walk out the door and be in the middle of the vibrant Pontocho Alley for dinner, or take a short stroll across the bridge to explore the historic Gion district. The convenience is simply unmatched. ​The room was a perfect blend of modern luxury and Japanese elegance. It was spacious, immaculately clean, and thoughtfully designed with incredible attention to detail. ​Finally, the service was exceptional. Every staff member we encountered was professional, warm, and genuinely welcoming.
