I loved this hotel. This is my 2nd time staying here. It is walkable to most landmarks and shopping. Loved the hot spring that the place offered. The staff are amazingly nice and very professional.

Walkable from Osaka station in about 8 minutes. Minutes to Osaka Tower in 6 mins. A unique experience where from when you enter the property the no shoes allowed inside so everything goes into shoe lockers like when you go into an onsen. It was different and appreciative as shoes really does track all sorts of outside funk. A lot of free amenities from last evening ramens,massage chairs, drink machines, evening desserts. Excellent experience!

Staff were very patient even with foreign guests, ready with multiple languages and easy-to-follow instructions. We were even able to leave luggage with the hotel after checkout, which was very convenient in allowing us to continue exploring Kyoto at our leisure for several hours. The breakfast buffet is out-of-this-world, and the baths were wonderful.

Excellent property with friendly staff and clean hotel with wonderful amenities including the onsen, massage chairs, free coffee, tea and hot chocolate in the lobby. Also very close to the train station and lots of restaurants. The best place we stayed in Japan!

Loved every second of being in the hotel. I unfortunately couldn't go to the hot springs because of my tattoo but my friend says they were unbelievably relaxing. Despite not being able to go there there was still lovely massage chairs as well as free ice cream, dinner and coffee. The entire feeling of the hotel was very unique and comforting. Getting your own clothes to wear while there and having comfortable, spacious rooms and padded floors, it was lovely and I will definitely stay there again when traveling back to Kyoto.

Cool place and great onsen

What a cool place to stay! The robes, the breakfast, the extra snacks, the heated floors, and the beautiful onsen! We enjoyed our time here a lot and felt welcomed with our kids (1 and 5).

The breakfast is incredible!!! The room was very comfortable and clean but unfortunately no bath. Our room didn’t have a window you could see out of. It was frosted glass that you could only open a crack. This wasn’t nice and should be made clear on the room selection. The room in the other side had a view.

Overall a nice hotel with friendly staff. Located only minutes from Kyoto station and close to bus stops as well. The buffet breakfast is fantastic and their complimentary ice-cream and onsen are a nice touch. My only gripe is that the hotel room was way too small for a family of four. This would be great for couples though
