Not my greatest hotel experience. Was put in the smoking floor as a non smoker (not even sure why smoking floors are still a thing), moved rooms in the middle of my stay, to be fair staff were very kind but Inam unlikely to stay again. The floors that were non smoking floors still had a cigarette smell to them.

Staff was so friendly and helpful the entire time we were there! The facilities and our room (train view) was so perfect, exactly what we were looking for! Excellent hotel in an excellent location. The staff and service are phenomenal. The rooms are very small. But,they have everything you'd expect from a 4/5 Star hotel. The location, right next to the train station, is perfect. I highly recommend this property.

Conveniently located across the street from the station but a busy corner it is. This can get loud at night since you can hear all through the windows. The walls were covered in brown drops throughout the entire bathroom and bedroom. The hotel will not let you change rooms after checkin. They will make you pay for another room all together.
