I forgot how much I love Hampton Inns. They’re always so surprisingly great. The hotel is right next to a movie theatre and lots of different restaurants too so we didn’t have to go far to see a movie and eat out.

The location is ok. It had a fast check in but it didn’t feel like part of the Hilton groups of hotels. The pool edge looked dirty and the area around hot tub was dirty as well. Towels were not restocked. Hotel room was ok. Shampoo product was really bad and left our hair very dry. We’ve washed it three times since and it’s still not back to normal. There was no conditioner in the room. The coffee machine had a used pouch from a previous guest. There was only 1 out of 4 of the coffee selection that was not decaf.

Our stay was great and so was the service and fairly new hotels it was spotless. The front desk staff were excellent. The only complaint was their breakfast eggs were very salty and their breakfast sausage were not the greatest, so that would be the only improvement that would be great, and for the rest of their breakfast it was very good.

Everything was very good. The multi bed suite is very spacious with two rooms, excellent for larger group. Breakfast was excellent and pool stays open until 11 pm. The only thing which can be improved is the exhaust fan in washroom which was missing.

Our room was clean. The breakfast was ok as same of it was cold.like the eggs and home fires. The spa was ok but the pool was terrible and mostly unusable as it had hair and floating stuff in it. Just awful. Staff was outstanding and the gym was nice. We would stay again
