The room was great. The staff was fine, especially in the bistro for breakfast and at the front desk.The person who came in for housekeeping was very nice. The breakfast was not worth the amount we were billed. Eggs were burned, but cold (a very odd combination). Toast was cold. Coffee was served in a paper cup! (We really thought we would be getting better than a drive-through fast food treatment!)

Beautiful hotel
Absolutely beautiful room, very nice hotel. One of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed in. Only complaint was that the bed was too hard.
