We had a good stay. The front desk staff were not wearing uniforms which threw me off when I first arrived. They did not know what the tourist tax charge was when asked. They said that “it’s always there”, without having any knowledge as to why.

This is a nice hotel with spacious rooms, a pool, exercise room, Bball court, nice breakfast, etc. But notice the little things that detract; such as - the wifi sign-on is a pain in the ass, they say just enter name and Rm #, but that just leads to pay $5.00, each, every day!!! or fill out a long all contact info form - and for me that just lead to 'see the front desk' - ugh. Toilet tissue, single ply that feels like newsprint - what's with that? Desk chair broken, I guess nobody tests it, etc.

Visit was nice. Only complaint is with room 101 you constantly hear the elevator as it operates. The sitting area backs onto the elevator shaft. It is awful.
