Mold in the bathroom (ceiling and around tiles that were pooping off) The whole floor smells damp and moldy. The shower drain was partially clogged. The bath fills up when you take a shower. The air conditioner is very loud and the vent is visibly dirty. The carpet was stained I asked for another room and was told they were sold out so I cancelled my 2 other nights to stay at the Sheraton 10 minutes away.

Toilets (inside the room and in the basement) weren't good, flushing took a while and multiple attempts to flush completely. Pillows weren't comfortable, too puffy and not firm. Elevators was too old, my kids were scared when taking the elevator but they had no choice because we lived on high floor.

The bathtub was not an inviting tub with stains and paint coming off. Also the ironing board was broken so ironed on a slant. Everything else was ok but my last experience in. Best western plus was so much better. The bed was uncomfortable and that was not my experience the last time. Will not book that hotel again.
