All the staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean. The buffet breakfast was surprisingly very good with much selection and again the staff, attentive and helpful. The entrance of the hotel, pulling up with your vehicle is very tight, and not a very good set up. If you have a large vehicle you could have a concern as it’s very tight to get in and out of this half round drive-through. Parking was a breeze for us. This downtown location does have some amenities and you want to be careful in the evening as there are many homeless and street people around. The value for us was an excellent price, and we would definitely stay here again.

Nice stay friendly staff clean rooms. Bathroom a little difficult as nowhere at all to put even one toiletry bag unless on toilet seat. Breakfast choice excellent snd servers excellent. However at 10am most stuff is dried out. Its hard to guage when people come in. Maybe ask whether they want 6 to 7.30 or 8 to 9.30 or later so that no so much wasted and its fresher. Thanks

The property is well managed. No water bottles in the room was a bit odd for me, as I still believe that the rooms should have water bottles. We had an issue with the bathroom tub but the management was very fast in taking care of that. Kudos! The breakfast was good but needs introduction of more vegetarian options except for the sweet items. Overall a great stay and will recommend to others as well?

Chose to have our wedding here based on lobby and ballroom appearance - huge mistake. The majority of the staff are terrible and have no place in hospitality (unfortunate for the few good staff). The entire process was painful and they lied to us 3 weeks before our wedding that we could no longer use the room we had booked for our wedding due to “AC Repairs” and had to move it to a different space - only to see it being used in the morning for a separate event! We had already sent out the invites otherwise I would’ve asked for a refund and backed out in the early stages. I also punctured my toe on something in the carpet (assuming staple but didn’t stay to find out) the night before the wedding and they asked if I wanted a refund and a new room. I said yes to refund and moved to another room that I had already PAID for. Fast forward a few weeks and I follow up on refund - they refuse because they closed the incident report when they “found nothing wrong with the room” and because they asked my fiancée if I was “ok” and he said “yes!” (as in not mortally wounded). This seems like a normal occurrence based on other reviews. This is not hospitality, this is gaslighting. The rooms are outdated and toilets hardly work properly. Parking is also inconvenient. This hotel puts profits ahead of guests’ safety & comfort - stay away.
