Have stayed here many times, but this time was very disappointing. The coffee machine had water left in it and it was all moldy so we couldn’t use it. The shower was cold- think the tap needs to be recalibrated as the sink water got hot. Muffins were burnt. They have switched to large refillable containers for toiletries which is a great idea in theory, but these ones are easily accessible by anybody which means some idiot could fill with sometime awful.

We took our son and his wife to watch a play at the st. Jacobs country playhouse right in front of the hotel. We never regretted staying for the night at this hotel. It was wonderful, comfortable and clean. Great experience.
