We had a very spacious room. It was spotless and huge T.V and cosy beds. The washrooms were equipped with hair dryer lots of shampoo The only thing that bothered us we paid exactly what the hotel was charging for the same room we thought using Expedia we would have gotten the room at a better price????/

We went there specifically for the pool and the slide for the kids, and the chlorine was so bad it was burning our eyes, the kids swimming started coughing and when we mentioned it to the staff they said t so everyone got out and left.here was nothing that they could do.

The room was ok. The shower had poor water pressure. Not enough to run both showers at the same time. The water leaked out onto the floor causing a slipping hazard. The front desk clerk told me when we got there that our room would.be cleaned at 10 am and we left for half a day and it wasnt cleaned when we got back. The room service never showed up until 10 pm. We had our 8 year old daughter with us and she was sleeping that time
