Pros: nice staff and we were able to get a late check out Cons: there was mold on the ceiling in the bathroom and the "white" towels were so yellow and old we did not use them. The toilet paper holder is fixed to the sink area in an inconvenient spot that you hit your arm on it every time you need to use it. The lighting in the room is very dark making it hard to get ready in the morning.

I do not recommend this property and will never stay there again when in the area. Our first night there, the power went off for over 6 hours, only in the property and not the surrounding area. There are no security lights in or around the property. Staff were walking around with their phones as flashlights when we came back that evening, and there was no communication about the power outage. The hotel refused to provide any compensation. The bathroom door and floor were stained / dirty from poor cleaning and high traffic. Additionally the towels were replaced and they were soiled - there were visible makeup stains. The beds in the room were some of the most uncomfortable and worn in hotel beds my sister and I had ever seen and slept in. They sagged and were uncomfortable. The staff wasn't friendly at check in. I walked in after 9pm, and the person working the front desk was eating in the unlit dining area. I waited at the desk for several minutes; the woman came over, and with the bare minimum interaction checked me in. At the back of the property, there is a barbecue area - when we drove by, there was trash on the lawn.

No elevator to second floor

It was ok. No elevator for second floor guests. Was clean in appearance but all the doors on edges were dirty. The staff sat there while you ate your breakfast, which i found intrusive. Would i book for more then a 1 night or again? Probably not!

Room and bathroom are very clean. Bed is comfortable. Breakfast is a nice bonus. Water pressure is not great. Bathroom needs updating. The property itself is well maintained but unfortunately empty property next door is an eyesore.

Where is the "Comfort" ??... the customer service?

Unplanned stay. & but what an education! First of all my "pet friendly" room (I do not have a pet) was inspected for odors that would normally come from this being a regular room for pets. Because it was basically all they would offer me, I agreed. I checked in at the front of the building - the room was at the back. My room card didn't work on the first try so it had to be re-programmed. So as not to have to carry luggage the length of the hotel, I parked outside the main floor room. Since the room card access is not available on the back door it meant walking all the way around the building to come back to the room to open the sliding door to access my car. I went out for some dinner - parked the car for room access however have to walk all the way to the front door and back down the hall to the back of the building for room access. (seriously, card access at the back door, end of the hallway would have been so customer focused and convenient) The room - the mattress on the bed is so physically worn that you can push the material it is made of down in between the springs to form "holes" in the mattress. Putting a knee down or an elbow to get up is not advised as there is no support 'between the springs'. There was not even a paper cup to assist with brushing your teeth in the bathroom. When I checked in I was told the room was over $200. I stood there a booked it online for $134. (still a ridiculous price for what I got) Plus, No power from 9:30pm to 5am No TV or light
