The room itself seemed like it was updated in the past few years with nice hardwood floors. However, it didn’t seem like it had been cleaned well (soap scum in the bath, dusty etc). The breakfast was alright but juice machine wasn’t working, bagels and bread weren’t out right away and there was no water anywhere. If I were to go back I’d save my money and eat elsewhere.

Air conditioning was great. The restaurant attached was phenomenal. Quiet, with nice decor. I found that high contact areas on the walls in our room were dirty (rings around light switches, ect)lots of hard water build up on everything. The ceiling paint was peeling a bit. Other than that, the room was beautiful. Spacious, modern, small kitchenette. The $12 add on breakfast was well worth it. Parking was easy, as was checking. Very accessible.
