My check in was excellent, staff were kind and knowledgable even when training. I only got a queen room this time and I will say I found it less clean than when I stayed in the King room. I also had a very noisy floor and was woken up several times. I was woken up finally at about 5 am to very loud trucks loading and unloading and beeping which wasnt the greatest wake up, especially as a nurse

I had two issues with the front desk. When I checked in they tried to put $450 damage deposit instead of $100 on my visa. On day 2 our keys would not work and had to get new keys issued.
