Very clean, modern and perfectly located hotel on the departure level of Terminal 3. Check-in and check-out is via kiosk but a staff member is on hand to assist with the check-in, if required. The staff is attentive, efficient, courteous and welcoming. The restaurant is located off from the lobby area and serves a solid fresh breakfast with both Western and Asian offerings. For pure convenience for late airline arrivals and early mornings departures, this property is ideal. The rooms were a bit tight on space but thoughtfully arranged. The hotel graciously stored my luggage for one overnight when I booked an excursion outside of Tokyo. This is was my second stay at this property and I would happily return in the future.

The hotel is an excellent choice for anyone using HND Terminal 3. Top features: Hotel is in the terminal building, clean, quiet, and has reasonable size rooms. Shortcoming: The self check-in and out machines are impersonal.

Modern, sparkling clean hotel with the added benefit of being right next to the airline check-in counters on the departure level in Terminal 3. For pure convenience, especially if one has a late arrival into Haneda or an early morning outbound flight, this hotel is terrific. Although the room was a bit tight, the space was thoughtfully designed and arranged and comfortable. Noise from the airport was surprisingly quiet but guests talking bca in the hallways can be heard.

羽田第3ターミナルに直結しているので、どこに出かけるにも、とても便利でした。レストランはホテルにもありましたが空港内にもたくさんありました。

Best value! The staff was super helpful to store our luggage as our flight got delayed. The premium package gave us great amneties for what we needed before flying out the next day.

Rooms are clean, amenities are clean and available. Staff are accommodating and helpful but very formal. Location is great and accessible to things you need away from home.
