I asked for written documentation where it is stated that only one espresso is free - they could not show me - so they gave me more espresso. This attitude is very disappointing.

Excellent location if desire to be close to airport. Direct access to T3 at Haneda and short shuttle bus ride to T2 and T1. Breakfast food choices are adequate but nothing to boast about. Wonderful location if you have an early morning flight because it is right next to departure. You won’t have worry about the traffic and just walk from your room to the departure within 2 minutes. The room is clean and modern. Check in and check out kiosk fits your flexible schedule. The welcome gift is Free drink ticket in the bar/restaurant next to the lobby. We used our breakfast ticket for the dinner and the waiters were excellent. The bathroom is very nice, especially the shower head gave waterfall hot water, the best water pressure I have ever had.

Location was perfect! The room was comfortable, clean, and such a blessing after an international flight. We got the plan with the breakfast and it was well worth it to not have to face the craziness of trying to find a meal in the terminal, a great mixture of breakfast items that would suit adults and kids from multiple continents. Truly, you would not even know you were in the main part of a large international airport. We will be making this place a regular stop on our International overnight layovers…
