Love this location. It is right in the middle of everything you need to see and do in Monterey. Can walk to the Aquarium, enjoy the trails, even the Farmers Market.

Property is close proximity to a number of interesting options. You do have to pay for parking, which is tough to avoid if traveling. We opted for the Valet parking over standard parking and found the service very worth while.

The hotel was great-the staff.were friendly and very helpful. However, upon checking in the clerk told me valet parking was $25, it was $33/day and we were charged for 2 days having the car parked at 8:30 on Saturday night and retrieving at 11 am on Sunday.

Good location , nice reception , friendly staff . The rooms look a little outdated , but they have nice sheets and pillows.
