I give this hotel a 5-star rating. Everything was smooth from check-in to check-out. Breakfast wasn't that special, but for people on the go, it will do. We just have a few issues with the guest next door; they have 6 kids in the room, and they were playing, yelling, and banging the room divider, so we had to call the front desk. Coming from the mainland and the time difference, we needed to be in bed by 10 pm, and that would be 1 am in california. Also the 2nd day we were there, we tried to check the pool and got locked out tried calling the hotel, but it went straight to the automated system, and tried the phone by the pool it was not working. My daughter has to go over the fence to go all the way around and open the door for us.

Fantastic breakfast offering included in our booking. Staff were friendly and helpful. Large and aesthetic room, very clean and luxurious feel. Pool and jacuzzi were great, and we could borrow towels. A few food options within walking distance but not great quality. I felt that the neighbourhood was a bit eerie. Only 20min from the airport in good traffic which was convenient for us.

We stayed here for our honeymoon. Overall, it was a nice experience but with some pros and cons. Parking was the biggest downside—$40/day for valet or trying your luck with street parking, which was inconvenient. On the plus side, the hotel gave us two free drinks per night at their restaurant, which was a thoughtful touch. There are also a couple of good restaurants within walking distance, which made dining out easy. The pool area was clean but on the smaller side, so it got a little crowded at times. Breakfast was definitely a highlight, especially the omelet station which was fresh and tasty. All in all, a decent stay with good amenities, though parking could definitely be improved.

Breakfast was a hit, even to locals! Pool was great for all ages. Our group ranged from 2-43 and we all enjoyed it! We took advantage of parking on the street to avoid the daily parking fee. All the employees were courteous and hospitable! Highly recommend it!

Waited in the mezzanine while my load of laundry was running.

Great Hotel!

Every hotel employee we encountered were all so very nice! Everything is nice, clean, and modern. The complimentary breakfast was great! The pool is on the smaller side but it was still a fun time for the kids. The 2 complimentary drinks for adults is also a great perk! Would definitely stay again!

Was great deal for what I paid for. Pool was small and shallow but I have small children so it worked for me n my kids. However, jacuzzi seemed unkept and was not working. Real disappointed with that because I wanted to relax in the heated bubbling jacuzzi while my kids swam in the pool. Staff was very friendly and professional. Brekakfast included buffet was good and even had an omelette bar! I loved that, best park was that the room was a good size and bathroom was roomy too. Had two tv’s so I could watch my show while kids watched theirs. Fridge was too small, but there was complimentary snacks and double coffee maker that was truly yummy. Need more channels to watch tv, had to bring my Apple TV to watch something decent. Parking was easy n convenient, love the automatic vehicle license plate camera that would automatically open gate.

Great stay with a few things to improve

Our stay at Embassy Kapolei Hawai’i was very good overall. The hotel was clean, and the staff were welcoming and professional. The pool was nice, although smaller in reality than it looks in the photos. Breakfast was excellent and very complete, and the gym, while a bit small, was still useful. Two negative points to mention: • The gym is open 24/7, and some guests train very early in the morning. At 5 a.m., when weights are dropped on the floor, the vibration travels through the whole building – even on the 7th floor we were woken up by it. • The sofa bed in the room was only suitable for one person and far too small. A proper two-person sofa bed would be much better. Overall, it was a good stay, but these two aspects could definitely be improved for greater comfort.

The property has quick access to the highway, to groceries and drugstores, local food joints and public transportation. The beds are really soft, I recommend not using pillows if you need additional support for your back, unless it is under your knees. The gym was very clean, simple but functional and on the same floor as the mezzanine quiet area and had a UV purified water dispenser. The breakfast was amazing every morning and the kitchen staff was full of the Aloha spirit, smiles and greetings all authentic, no faking. I love experiencing that when I come home to visit.
