The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was wonderful and the evening reception was a great touch. We loved the pool! It was so unique with excellent vibes. The only thing i cant give it 5 stars on is cleanliness. (3*) it was really clear a lot if kids went through the pool area or common areas by the end of each day. 😄 overall, awesome and would stay again.

This was a great stay. Breakfast every morning with made to order omelets and numerous hot and cold other food items started the day off perfectly. The staff were all very knowledgeable about area attractions and greeted us at all times of the day and night with a smile and “Aloha.” They also provided us with a map of the island and pointed out great stops along the way. Will definitely stay here again on our next visit to see our son who is stationed there in the US Army.

Everything was good except for the bath shower drain which emitted an odor like a backed-up sink for about 5 minutes. Cleared up after a few minutes but still unpleasant experience.

Breakfast and staff at breakfast were amazing. We paid for a king suite. The room was nice and big. The couch was worn and sloped in the middle. The shower head needs to be replaced cause it shot water it all kinds of directions. The door leading into the bedroom from the bathroom the latch kept getting stuck inside so door wouldn’t close. But otherwise everything else was great. Definitely will be back.

On Thursday night around 7:30 pm I slipped on a banana in the main entry to the hotel. When my husband told the front desk they had total disregard of the incident. I layed on the sidewalk for almost 10 minutes and during that time not one Embassy Suite employee came out to check what was going on. My husband assisted me into the hotel lobby and still the two individuals working the reception area never once came to see if I needed assistance. My husband went back up to the desk and told them again that I was injured and the banana in the entryway needed to be addressed. They said they would take care of it when they had time. I just can’t believe that the reception workers had no cares about my injury. I have pictures of my knee all swollen and also of the entry area where I slipped on the banana. It would be nice for some type of acknowledgment of this incident.
