Was disappointed with my room - a walk up above a courtyard. The condition of that part of the property was in need of a facelift - dirty carpets, etc. Also that part of the property was loud in the evenings due to the courtyard music and guests dining/drinking. Would not stay again.

Nice comfortable property. Beautiful main area. I was not happy that they started blowing off the outdoor courtyard at 8 am on Sat morning. We were there to relax and sleep in.

Clean rooms. Fisherman's wharf 5 min walk. Lots of restaurant options. Must try the Revival Ice Cream shop. Best ice cream I've ever had! Bees Knees flavor...So unique! Hotel lobby, bar, and restaurant also great. Hotel is pet friendly, so next time we will consider bringing our dog. I think its a $75 pet charge.

Shops and restaurants very close. During reservation I didn't see any note regarding parking cost, very expensive

Staff was accommodating and pleasant when a charge issue came up. I enjoy this property and it's location. But...I miss old fashioned elevators with a physical call button and floor choices inside. My only complaint being about updated elevators kinda says a lot though.
