This hotel is way beyond our expectations! From the manager to the front desk receptionist, they are the most amazing people to work with. We got issues booking in a wrong date and they help us adjust in order we can stay and feel so welcome in their hotel. The room is very clean and comfortable. It’s the best hotel we stayed in Waikiki! We were here for tournaments and stayed from 02/13 thru 02/16. We will definitely return!

Staff was accommodating and friendly. The room was adequate and house keeping did a great job! The only downside was parking, we had to valet all 5 night because it was hard to find parking around the area. Also, there are no washers and dryers on site.
