Honestly the hotel itself wasn’t bad. I wasn’t a fan of the pillows in the rooms or the beds, the hot tub was listed as working when I booked the room and there was no update that it would be not working when we arrived. Every time we left the hotel we were harassed but different people trying to sell extra services. I also didn’t like how the only option was to valet the vehicle. There were multiple instances we had to wait or were rushed out because of the system and the times we left things like our wallet or valet ticket we didn’t have access to the vehicle to obtain. Staff were absolutely amazing! The lovely lady at the front desk when we checked in was absolutely wonderful. Housekeeping was great as well our room was always cleaned when we got back from our long days. All in all I would book again.

The hotel needs a little facelift, but very clean, staff super friendly, great amenities. Loved the pool, the view and how all the shops and restaurants are within walking distance.

The staff are unbelievable need something for the room it come right away ,also Shaun the director of operation is amazing from ghe start he is and unforgettable person, and Ben at the front desk is amazing and Janice was also amazing overall first time at this hotel cause we go every year to Hawaii and going back will he this Hotel La Croix again, highly recommended to everyone, thank you again to all the personal of the Hotel amazing La Croix,Chantal xx

I truly enjoyed my stay. The staff were very welcoming & friendly. The hotel is in a very central area and close to everything, even the beach! If you book excursions some offer pick up from the hotel! The pool is very nice and the bar area is also very welcoming! I would recommend booking here, they also offer breakfast for a fee but it was $20 and sooooo worth it!

Hotel is dated, but the rooms and hotel is clean. The security is a bit overwhelming (every floor is secured by card). The bathroom in our room was very small. The staff at the front desk were always friendly and helpful for our group. Views were mostly of the city, but the location was very good/central within walking distance of great restaurants / shopping.
