Faced with the current World and National situation at Belmalí Guest House & Spa we want to let our guests know what the preventive measures are in our facilities.
For us it is your health, integrity and safety is of utmost importance, so we are following all the recommendations and protocols of the authorities, strictly carrying out all sanitary measures with the highest standards of cleaning and sanitization so that your stay is safe and calm.
* All the personnel that collaborate with us are informed and trained on the prevention and hygiene measures that must be followed in accordance with health and safety protocols.
Constant sanitation in all facilities according to the protocol sent by the Secretary of Health and the WHO.
* We provide antibacterial gel for all our collaborators and clients.
* To guarantee the cleanliness of public areas and rooms we use surgical grade sanitizing / disinfecting product: SWIPOL based on fourth generation Ammonium quaternary, endorsed by the EPA (US Environmental Protection Agency) Reg. No.1839-86 EFF- 08611, endorsed by SAGARP

* Daily cleaning protocols in our common areas using SWIPOL hospital grade products on all surfaces.

FOR THE MOMENT AND DUE TO THE SANITARY RULES TO BE FOLLOWED IN THE ACCOMMODATIONS, THE USE OF THE JACUZZI FOR 10 PEOPLE IS LIMITED AND CONDITIONED TO MAXIMUM THREE PEOPLE IN THE SAME ROOM.

The family Jacuzzi has a capacity for up to 10 people. Its use has an extra cost * to be paid at the reception prior to your appointment.

The Kristal Zen Spa Cabin offers a variety of relaxing massages and facials. You can request the service by phone 24 hours in advance and make an appointment at an extra cost * to be paid at the reception prior to your appointment.

The use of steam is limited to a maximum of 15 minutes per session.

Other things to note
Bellmali Guest House & Spaa is a house designed for the relaxation of adults. Here you will find silence, peace and tranquility. Parties are not allowed or guests who are not staying at our facilities are allowed.
Smoking is not allowed in indoor areas as we try to keep our spaces healthier and free of odors that may disturb other guests. However, we understand smokers so they are offered an area in our garden and access hall outside as a smoking area.
We ask you in the most attentive way to comply with this rule to always preserve a clean environment and fresh air to continue with the feeling of health, peace and harmony that exists in our site.
