We really liked the location of this hotel. The rooms were very current, with lots of plugs for our electronics. The lighting and shades were fun to control with the iPad. The availability of food and drink on the 1st floor was super convenient. The rooms are very small, so just be prepared for that. The sick was tiny, so a little hard to use. Still a great place, but it was tight for two adults.

A modern, clean hotel, with friendly staff and well layed out rooms. The bed was really comfy and the shower was lovely. It would have been lovely to have tea/kettle option in the room, but other than that, the hotel was great. The bar was spacious and the communal spaces were lovely. It was well located and within easy reach of shops and stations.

Unique experience for me. Facilities in room controlled from an ipad so if not comfortable with technology, think twice. Bed layout unusual but comfortable. Excellent shower in room if in an unusual layout. Great location. Must highlight Anton and especially Victoria for their service. Excellent!! Their service alone would make me recommend the place. Only negative is the control of and content of TV. No BBC 1 , 2 or STV.

Lovely stay as always at the citizen m in Glasgow. Seamless checking in and out. Friendly staff on hand if needed. Room is great. Bed super comfy! Amazing value for money. Definitely will be back again soon.

I love staying at citizenM hotels and this is my first time at the one on Renfrew in Glasgow. Staff were great and the hotel has more amenities to spread out than the Shoreditch one. I was able to get a lot of work done. My only negative was that you can hear the resident upstairs walking about so the floorboards aren’t great. I would still definitely stay here though.

No real heating, 20 degrees regardless what u do

Room too too cold 20 degrees (in June). Setting controller to 24 degrees for 2 full days didn’t change temperature at all, it’s a fake button. Hotel has no heating (they just want to save money), the controller in the iPad climate controller app they provide is just a sham controller. Staff couldn’t help even by using their master temperature controller but only politely apologised. No compensation No room swapping offered.

Liked how you got to pick your room at check in. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were spotless. The only bad experience was no tea/coffee in room so had to pay £7.50 at bar for a tea and cappuccino!
