I had a great stay at this property. The room was spotless and well-maintained, with fresh linens and a tidy bathroom that made a big difference after a long day. The staff were friendly and attentive—always ready to help with a smile, whether it was check-in or local recommendations. Air conditioning worked perfectly, keeping the room cool and comfortable even during the hottest afternoons. The bar downstairs was a pleasant surprise: relaxed vibe, good selection, and reasonably priced drinks. Would definitely stay here again!

Love staying at this hotel. Super convenient to restaurants, shopping and the Desert Diamond Arena. It’s pricey but worth the money. This would be my place to stay if I am attending another concert.

The property is nice and bed was comfortable. The bar in main lobby was out of control. The bartenders served one side at a time and it took approximately 30 to even order our drinks. It took another 30 minutes before we received them. When closing out the check, the bartender put my credit card in his pocket and forgot when I had to ask where my tab was. He denied having my card and I was about to come over the bar when he finally discovered it in his back pocket. Then it took another 25 minutes to get our bill. Needless to say he received zero tip as that side of the bar was all treated horribly by the bar staff. If I stay here again, I will not try the bar in the lobby again.

Room was clean, they do charge $100 if you check in early, a resort fee, any amenity provided must be used by midnight. The high prices do not support the value. Restaurants service was terrible. A sold out hotel for a Thursday night football game and 1 server serving six small tables (less than 1/4 of the restaurant). We chose the room because of its location to the stadium. We do not recommend nor will we stay again.

The property's proximity to the Cardinals Stadium was advantageous. However, the early check-in procedure was both costly and inconvenient. The Valet was both efficient and convenient, but it was also quite expensive. However, the internet was not complimentary, which was problematic when there were children present in the room. Restaurants in the vicinity are dilapidated, and the Lions Closet and BWW provided exceedingly poor service. The Bodega adjacent to the hotel was also deplorable and costly.
