We loved the convenience of location and such a friendly environment. What a wonderful way to start a vacation. We arrived and after having our bags brought to the room we went down to the pool/hot tub to start to unwind. I enjoyed a fabulous shower with the Fairmont's signature shampoo and conditioner. While waiting for room service we took in a movie. The view of our room was the tarmack before the beautiful mountain landscape. Those windows are so thick you couldn’t hear a sound. Amazing stay.
