Needs maintenance and cleanliness!

The bathtub in our room would not drain. We were first told maintenance wasn't available, and when the front desk worker came up to try a plunger, she told us they were fully booked so we couldn't switch rooms. Then 20 minutes later she called up to say there WAS another room available. Bathroom floor mats in both rooms were not clean, and the couches were stained.

Great location, close to airport (free shuttle) and cruise port ($15 pp). Walgreen’s next door, short walk to a dollar store & Walmart , a bit longer 15 minutes to Starbucks & chipotle. Good breakfast, helpful staff.
