Decent accommodations— nothing extraordinary, but fit my purpose (overnight stay before cruise). Staff was pleasant…however, they DID NOT have enough care or concern to involve the manager of our terrible sleeping experience — I will be sending an email to him/her.
From 1:30 am until 4:30 am, a group of rowdy, drunk, out of control individuals partied with loud music and language full of obscenities — room (#514) was next to ours with the head of the bed against the adjoining wall…absolutely miserable! No sleep after 1:30.
I’m rarely a complainer, but this was “beyond the pail.”
When I got up in the morning, mentioned to the front desk attendant. Her comment, “sorry about your experience, hope the next time you will have a better one.” What!?!
After my forthcoming email, hoping the manager will make it right. If not, Expedia will be hearing from me.
