Staff was great, very friendly and helpful. The hotel had everything we needed, like garage parking and it was quite near West Edmonton Mall which is what we were wanting. The room was just old along with its pillows and bedsheets. But the overall exprience was great and would book a stay with them again.

The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. I like to workout everyday and it was nice to see the fitness room had enough equipment that I could get my workout in. Hotel in general was very clean and beautiful
