For $160 / night in the winter the stay could have been better. It's dusty underneath the desk and at the corners i found out when i dropped something there. Body lotion was almost empty and not refilled, i did not bother to ask. Some kids above kept banging on the floor and noisy early in the morning. The location was nice with lots of stores and restaurants and close to west Edmonton mall and places we need to go. Parking lot has enough space at least no incapable driver who will cause dint in your car.

Our room did not have a tub stopper until they finally found one in the third day. They did give us a free breakfast for 1 morning for the inconvenience. The hot tub was so dirty and unsanitary the maintenance guy told us not to use it and that it needs to be cleaned. Later that evening there were little kids in it still not cleaned. When we left if the last day it was still not cleaned. It was very cold out and we booked this hotel because it had a hot tub so we were very disappointed to not be able to use the tub or the hot tub. Other than the front desk staff, it just seemed like the staff didn’t seem to really care about their guests. I have a picture of the filthy hot tub which I will be posting on their site as well as a review.
