That I stayed 1 night informed them I was leaving to check out as I had a sick child then I was told I needed to contact them I had messaged the contact person I had talked to the night before as I was locked out of my room when I went to my car then was charged for the full stay and was told it was like going to the movie theatre then tried calling the number I was given was not a phone number and then called Expedia and said they also tried and was unsuccessful so I stayed 1 night was locked out of my room for 30 minutes had to disturb my neighbours and was charged for 3 nights even though they were informed I will not be staying here again
