Hotels with Childcare in Ontario

The issue here wasn’t just the room, it was how the hotel handled it. Their engineering team came up to inspect a problem with my room and couldn’t resolve it, so I requested a refund and left within an hour without staying the night. When my booking platform contacted the hotel about the refund, they claimed I never complained and that there was no issue at all. That simply isn’t true. Their own staff were in my room responding to the exact problem they later denied existed. Mistakes happen, but denying a documented complaint to avoid a refund is a real concern. I wouldn’t feel comfortable booking here again and wanted other travelers to know.

It was ok. Good price for downtown and close to Young St subway. Pool was kind of nasty, there was bunches of hair all around the pool and little black worm things crawling around. Looked like mosquito larvae. Room was clean but very small. I’d stay there again if on a budget. Parking in the underground garage was super tight but EV charging for $2.50 per session was great!

Great hotel! Location is in heart of everything!
