Hotel sells day passes to cruise ships since it is the closest to ships, no beach or pool lounges left for hotel guests by late morning. Need to get lounge early in AM. After spending $3,000 for 5 nights, asked for 11:30 checkout, 30 minutes late, they wanted $50! Front desk employees seem inmature, didn’t even pull up my account
