Room wasnt the best.The check in manager was disgusting. Wasnt helpful at all. They charge to warm up food 20 dollars. The spa was good but its been ghetto because they turned the first floor into a spa but without amenities. Disappointed with this hotel wont return.

Literally could not say enough good things about this place and all of the employees. Extremely welcoming and nice. My wife and I were there to celebrate our wedding and without even asking they gave us a complimentary room upgrade and congratulations sign and wine. So amazing. The waterpark is insane. 10/10 on literally everything except the weather but that’s our fault for going during hurricane season lol. Love this place man
