This was one of the best places i ever stayed. Housekeeping came daily and did a terrific job. This place has thought of everything a guest could ever need. Only small downside was bathroom missing hooks for towels and shower curtain a little moldy/ tub fixtures needed to be replaced. These are small nitpicky things because overall this place was fantastic!

We had a great 5 days at the Atlantis. We were booked in the Royal, upgraded to the Cove and that was really nice. We were there in "low season" so not super crazy. Weather was perfect, dinners were great, just relaxing.

To be honest disappointed with the room condition and cleanness at Royal, as well as housekeeping. Stayed there in the beginning of July for 4 nights. Family of three (2 adults and 10 year old kid). Room defenetely needs updates. When we checked in at 4 pm the sink was clogged, as well as the bathtub. The fan in the bathroom was covered with dust, looked like no one cleaned it for a long time.... the next day housekeeping appeared after 3 pm, by the time we returned after beach... we asked to change towels and lady just made beds that is it. No floor vacuuming, no cleaning the bathroom, no chaging bed sheets. Believe it or not it was like this for the rest of our stay, the housekeepig always appeared after 3 pm. For 4 nights they didn't bother to vacuum the floor, or change bed sheets, or cleaning the sink or bathtub... let me say we paid $500 per night for the room only. I do not think we will return.... no point to spent such big amount of money on a room that even initially was not in the best condition, not saying that housekeeping simply awful.

Loved our stay at the resort. I would say all the dining is quite expensive so if you want to save money then you should bring a bunch of snacks for your room. But the water parks, and beaches were so beautiful and fun.
