Beautiful property with plenty of pools and water parks for kids to play. Food is VERY expensive! Kids only eat free at a few restaurants and it is usually the ones that are the most expensive. We joined the dis program, but they didn't tell us that we had to request the kid's free meal BEFORE you order - it is not automatic. The same goes for making reservations. The "Dis" discount is only if you request it online when you make the room reservation. Also, all of the bottles in the mini fridge had broken seals. We advised the front desk and they made us feel a little like we were the ones that opened them, but they didn't charge us. Check out took about 30 minutes between waiting in line and reviewing the invoice. Just plan accordingly. Also - the nightclub was extremely loud during the weekend. We weren't there on friday or saturday, but Sunday was horrible. So much that none of us (including 4 toddlers) couldn't sleep until the music stopped at midnight. All of that said, we will definitely go back. We will just know all of this ahead of time and plan accordingly.

My first time experience staying as a guest at Baha Mar was top tier! All of the front desk agents at SLS provided amazing service!!!!!!! The restaurants I ate to had great food. The water parks were great and I thoroughly enjoyed. I highly recommend staying here!

For over 25 years we stayed at Atlantis every year. The past 2 years we stayed at the SLS. The property is much nicer and the casino is larger. More options to eat and 25 North is great. Don't understand the bathroom set up in the SLS. Glass doors and open to the entrance.

The perfect stay!

We do A LOT of traveling and generally all high end places. SLS at Baha Mar is a level that will be hard to top! Miguel at check in set the tone that we were in for a special experience. We were given a room we didn’t want to leave and actually extended our stay. Miguel also called a few times during our stay to see if we needed anything or had any concerns. 1st class treatment. We also dealt will another Miguel the bellman and he couldn't have been more pleasant and helpful. This trip will be hard to beat

I only stayed a short time but the service was excellent. When I arrived I was greeted by a wonderful lady at the front desk, Khadijah, she was so kind and extremely helpful. Only disappointment was the $75 tacos, chips and drink on the beach too expensive for what I received. But overall staff makes this place special.

We love this resort! Everyone is so nice and professional. Please keep in mind that this is a very pricey resort. A burger will cost you $25. But we have stayed many times and love the SLS and the Grand Hyatt
