When we arrived on 6/2/2025 the staff was very friendly but there was not enough front counter staff to check in all the guests that were there. The resort was clean and inviting until you get to see what they really have to offer. It rained the first 2 days we were there so we were limited on activities to do. This where the resorts should have things for the families to do when that happens and even when it doesn't. We were disappointed that as big of a chain Margaritaville is that there was no entertainment/activities of any type there on that resort. I am a DJ and we have a couple Margaritaville resorts in Texas and I know that they have plenty of entertainment like concerts, shows, activities and even Dj's that perform. I am a DJ at the Camp Margaritaville RV Resort at Crystal Beach, Texas. So I know there is entertainment at their resorts. The only things this resort offers is a Spa, Adult Pool, and a family pool with lazy river and slides, a shared beach with Junkanoo Beach. That is the only entertainment they offer. So look at all the resorts information before booking. If I would have known this before hand I would have made other choices. You pay a lot of money to go to somewhere and expect to get your money's worth. Also be aware that they are a cashless resort so they put a $200.00 per day hold on your credit card for any purchases charged to the room while there.

Room service could do a better job with cleaning. Staff friendly but waiting for the 2 orange juices and 2 mimosas by the pool area/infinity pool by the beach took like 25 minutes and there was 3 bartenders and just 4 of us.

Choose an all inclusive instead. This was a very big let down. The room is called a deluxe room but it's just a plain jane regular room. The furniture in thw room was stained, when the staff came to see it they offered to change it out but never did. The phone in the room didn't work so we couldn't order room service. There was a text messaging feature that the front desk staff wasn't even aware existed. I requested to be moved to another room and was told there was a room on hold for me but then they backed out of moving me by saying that they didn't have something that matched the room I had selected when I booked. I proceeded to ask them switch out the nasty furniture and they agreed but no one ever came. This is not worth the money.

WORST Birthday Trip – Totally Disappointed! I stayed at Margaritaville Beach Resort for my birthday, and I regret every dollar I spent. This trip was supposed to be special, but it was a complete letdown. First, let me be fair, some of the staff were friendly, but others were rude and unhelpful. The room was nice, but that’s where the good ends. There was no real Caribbean entertainment. Just two ladies singing for a couple hours,.after that, nothing. No live shows, no music, no island vibes. It was boring, especially at night. If you’re looking for fun and culture like you’d find at Royalton Antigua or other Caribbean resorts, this is not the place. The resort offered nothing but a beach and a pool. That’s it. No entertainment at nights, no energy, and almost nowhere to eat late. The food was terrible, and there was barely any variety. For what I paid, over $1,600 for what I thought was an all-inclusive package, I expected way more. To make things worse, it wasn’t even all-inclusive like Expedia advertised. I had to spend extra money I didn’t plan for, and when I told the hotel, they did nothing to help. Expedia also did absolutely nothing to fix the issue or make it right. If you’re considering this resort, call them directly first. Don’t trust what Expedia shows. This was supposed to be my birthday celebration, and it turned into a stressful, overpriced, boring experience. Never again.

Great stay and value

This resort is very accommodating for families and small kids. The room was clean and updated. I enjoyed my stay. Please take note that there’s not much to do after the cruise ships leave. Everything shuts down around the resort.

Hotel was nice. Food prices ridiculously high. Automatic 15% gratuity on services meant staff did not have to earn it. Extra fees for early check in when room was clearly ready was frustrating.

The ocean view was spectacular. We enjoyed that things were in walking distance. The staff were very friendly and amazing. Watching all the cruise ships sail in was extremely breathtaking. On that note; a few down sides. Only having only one chair on the balcony was lame. The floors in the hotel room and bathroom were filthy with hair and other particles. Also, it struck me kinda odd that the food restaurants was cheaper to eat at Atlantis versus Margaritaville. All in all we enjoyed our stay.
