View from room was unpleasant (air conditioners), $50/night resort fee not included with Egencia (or told about) and food was very expensive and everything closes early. Staff was not very friendly but very helpful when asked for anything.

The hotel is listed as a resort, but the amenities do not reflect the added fees. Staff are limited and too busy with local events at the hotel. There are no concierge services to be found, and it is difficult to get any information from the hotel staff about things to do in Nassau and its surroundings. The restaurant is only open for limited hours, and the staff discourages you from eating there even one hour before closing, which complicates the limited dining options surrounding the hotel.

Me and my boyfriend did not have the best stay. For starters, this hotel is advertised as having 8 restaurants on expedia. They only have two and a tiny coffee shop. This really made our stay not as enjoyable. We walked and ate at the fish fry for the most part. Also they had to change our room our first night because our refridgerator and the ac was not working. The hotel room is very very small. They did some upgrades but there is no stand up mirror so I couldnt really see how i looked after getting dressed. Honestly we had so many issues that is too much to type but I would not stay here again. Watch out for the hidden fees they call it taxes. This is my second time in the Bahamas and my first stay was at Margaritaville. I had absolutely no issues when I stayed with them.

Beautiful hotel… no follow through when there’s issues to be resolved. My family was there for 5 days & had no light in the bathroom or the hallway in the room.. dirty towels were left “after” the room was cleaned.. no clean towels. Had to REQUEST toilet paper!!! Room wasn’t cleaned until 4pm.. Ants all over the room, my daughter had bites marks all over!! No service by the pool or beach area! Total disappointment… beautiful hotel crap services!

Let’s see.. where do I start? Lack of food options? Doors locked and not a crumb of food available after 6pm? How about $60.00 for a plate of wings? Or maybe, asking for a room with a “garden view” and being placed in a room with no view. I could mention the blatant hatred from locals, hostility is an understatement. There’s also asking for the phone in our room to be fixed and then ignoring us. Asking for the room to be cleaned and for fresh towels and the housekeeper glaring at us. Asking the front desk where to get food because my diabetic husband was starting to get low blood sugar and having her laugh in our faces and say “nothing is open and there aren’t any vending machines either.” They sent us on a wild goose chase to some bar with music so loud the staff were all wearing earplugs. I have never been treated with such hatred in my entire life. We couldn’t wait to leave. OH and one more thing, my husbands credit card information was stolen and he’s had to dispute over $800 worth of charges. In short: if you’re going to stay here, prepare to starve and be hated for no reason. It was a nightmare to say the least.

Very clean. Beautiful view of beach. Staff were very polite, friendly, and helpful. Unfortunately, they were understaffed, and there were unusually long waits for meals and drinks to be served. Also, it rained all day on our second full day there, but hotel provided no umbrellas at all.
