My first trip out of the country and this was a relaxing stay for my mom and I. Loved the Hammocks, Pools, Hot Tub, staff amazing! Amazing food and options, the beach. Oh I must rate 5 star beach keeping so clean. We walked to checkout Goldwynn resort Nextdoor and was disgusted by the mounds of seaweed and hundreds of birds. The salesman tried to get us to come in there for a free lunch but I couldn’t eat seeing how terrible it was on their beach. Casino, Zoo, and more Shops just a 5 min walk from resort to the right out front door of Breezes Resort. I could go on racing but it was really an amazing stay.

Considering it was their off-season, I was very thrown off when I asked for an extra hour to check out and they would not accommodate. I respected what they told me and didn’t not fight them on this. Only to basically be harassed by the cleaning lady, even before my checkout time for housekeeping services for her to flip my room. Mind you, I found her knocking at my door an hour before my checkout time (11am) and told her it was not necessary since I’m checking out in an hour and proceeded to continuously knock at the door at least three times before 11 o’clock as I’m trying to get ready/pack to leave. Upon coming out of the shower, I found my door unlocked and cracked open seeming like the only reason she didn’t walk in is maybe because she realized I was physically coming out of the shower. I immediately close the door, locked it, and added the second protection lock on the door. Got dressed, packed and was out of the room five minutes later than my checkout time. Ironically, the cleaning lady was nowhere to be found once I walked out. I literally was there for one night and since I was leaving, I did not bother to even report this to the front desk. That incident aside staff was very nice but you can tell this place is out dated and needs lots of TLC. Good for college fun but not my top recommendation if I were to go back.

The resort is right on the beach and the views were amazing. The staff were very friendly and the bartenders were great. The buffet had lots of options including an omelette station for breakfast and cooked to order stir fry and pasta for dinner. We tried the two Restaurants that were open and everything we ordered was great. Also, the burger hut at the pool was awesome too. The hotel is outdated, but it was clean, had comfortable beds, the friendly staff and the VIEWS of the water make up for it. We will be back and recommend it to friends.

The property is old and out dated furniture. Needs an uplift. No entertainment, no water activities. No staff participating in making time fun. They were pleasant and respectful but the resort is actually boring. You have to go off site to find entertainment.

I liked this property for the convenience of a single traveler. Great view ( at least from my room) and the food was excellent. There is a lot of pride into the presentation of the meals. Rooms should have little refrigerators to keep at least drinks, water or medicine in them. People get thirsty in the middle of the night and want a bottle of water. You have to request this for a small fee, which is not terrible, but feel that one should already be in the room.

Small and not over commercialized. Staff were the friendliest we have ever encountered. We came in the down season so maintenance was going on but the workers and staff kept the noise to a minimum. You can tell that even though the property is older, they were working to make upgrades. Met several Coupes making return trips, sometimes 7 or 8 times, confirming that the staff friendliest was the reason for return visits

The staff were Excellent! Melania an Eden in the dining room were fantastic, Giresse, Dr. G, kept us all taken care of at the beach! The rooms were very clean, but could use some fans. :) Property was under construction during our visit. We understand our visit was during down time.
