The STAFF was Excellent! Staff Audrekak, Cecil, Geno, and Reno were Great! They were helpful and such a pleasure. The property itself was cleaned daily and the food was good.

The staff was amazing and the food was pretty good. The beach was beautiful and it was very comfortable lounging by the beach, we also got a massage and it was one of the best we've ever had before. The building was a bit old though and they seemed to be doing a lot of repairs when we were there. But we still had a great night especially with the band, the Singer was so charismatic I loved watching him perform.

I have been going to Breezes for more than 15 years, although, admittedly, this is the first I have stayed there since Covid. What makes Breezes is the people, and some extent, the food & drinks (my wife and I are not drinkers). So despite the negative reviews about staying at Breezes, I chose to stay there because the staff is awesome. Lakesha (the main dining supervisor), Liselle also from the dining room, Pastry Chef Devi, Chef Kennado and so many more. By the way, there is also Lakesha in speciality dining who is quite nice. Sinai at the front desk is very pleasant and of course Betty from the tours desk. The problems with Breezes are related to the rooms but I won't go into any details here because I love Breezes and would like to send my feedback where that is concern directly to them.

This was our 2nd trip to Breezes. The first was 24 years ago. Things are a lot different. 1st: the resort is dated, BUT exceptionally clean. The staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was pleasant and accommodating, even upgraded our room at check-in. The food was mediocre at the buffet and restaurants. The beach hut had hotdogs, burgers, conch fritters😋 and a seafood salad we ate at frequently for lunch. Monday night was phenomenal! They have what’s called,” Dining under the stars”, where they set up tables & chairs outside by the pool area, smokers, grills, added lighting, and was just amazing! The food was outstanding as was the atmosphere. As for shows, they’re really weren’t any like there were years ago. They did have some music for karaoke and a band, but that was about it for nightlife. The resort honestly was so peaceful, not over overstimulated and just had the most amazing Carribean, beautiful view. The waters are amazing, turquoise and white sandy beaches. We rented the cabana ($100) for our anniversary and were waited on for drinks & food. The rest of the time we sat very tranquil underneath palm trees, or they assisted us with chairs and umbrellas on the beach for no additional charges. There are no longer butlers on the beach unless you have a cabana. This is something we recommended to the staff. We took a walk down to the pier and saw sea turtles and other marine life. Overall, it was a great experience for a relaxing, beautiful beach vacation.

The rooms are a little outdated, but I wasn’t there for the room. The views, staff, and property make up for it! The jerk chicken, definitely worth it! The property was cleaner than expected, rooms were cleaned daily, we were never without clean towels, and the friendliness was excellent. Would definitely recommend Breezes for a Bahamas get away!

We have stayed here 3 times so we obviously like it. The food is good (especially the snack shack by the pool). The buffet is what we like because it does not require reservations. I try to use the omelete and pasta bar because the food is hotter. We had some noisy people in the room next to us and they offered to move us or tell them to shut up. All the staff is wonderful. It is also within walking distance of Baha Mar where I attended a trade show. It was much cheaper to stay at Breezes than Baha Mar. Its a very good value. Not super swanky but safe, good food and excellent staff. We'll be back again at some point :)

The property was nice and had a great location. The service and food was great. Our room was the only negative. The beds need to be replaces as they sag and are lumpy and the A/c never blew out any cold air. We didn't speak with the front desk about it just dealt with it.

I stayed at this resort 10 years ago and had a great time. Nothing has changed since. I knew booking this property it was outdated and not modern, but there are very basic items that could be improved to make guest experiences much better. The biggest issue is accessing water! At an all inclusive in a hot destination, I find this unacceptable. They do not give you any water bottles, no fridge in the room, no water fountains around at all. They have a cooler in the fitness center (that has paper cone cups) they tell you can get water from! This is absurd. The fitness room also does not have AC if you want to work out. Put a few bottles of water in each room daily! How is the resort this cheap? 95% of the staff at this resort need basic customer experience training. No one says good morning, hello, etc. they act as if it’s a burden that you are there. Buffet is not great not enough seating and again terrible staff. I never got served drinks at my table, I had to self serve and go get my own water. There weren’t enough tables to sit at and piles of dirty plates left on tables and at clearing stations I’ve never seen anything so disorganized at a resort. My room was decent but didn’t have hot water in the shower for 2 days, called multiple times to finally have it resolved. The pool bar smells like hot garbage. Nothing fun happening around the resort, entertainment at night is old songs and no one having any fun. The ONLY good thing - is Baha Mar is a 5 min walk. Do not recommend

The property is one of the first resorts and it gives you that older loving feeling. I was happy with everything. Great location, staff and service. Had a few issues but they were handled without any argument. All my needs were met. This is the only place to stay for me. You get your money worth and more
