The food could have been better, needed more food options, more restaurants for the all inclusive. I had ants in my room and in my bed. The hot tub was dirty, the pool was freezing. The staff was nice but I wouldn't stay here again. I would choose a newer resort.

The bathroom floor was not fully cleaned. There was an ac vapor leak on the floor. No microwave, refrigerator or coffee pot although it was all includive meals were on a schedule. There were no activities, no Island music, not a good ambiance for a Bahamas hotel.

Grounds were well maintained withplenty of pool space. Right on the beach with enough chairs. Cabanas are available for an upcharge unless you have a first floor full beach view. Staff was generally efficient with a few exceptions. Room was a bit dated but had excellent closet and draw for stirage.

The resort is very weathered. Needs some upgrades all around. Beach chairs, water pressure in shower. Room furniture outdated. Staff was excellent. The beach and sand was great. No seaweed.

What an absolute amazing experience! I highly recommend this resort due to ALL of the amenities. The staff members went above and beyond. Not only did they all provide superlative service, they were very personable, professional and kind. The grounds were extremely well maintained. The food AND drinks were fabulous. Thank you for an awesome first experience in the Bahamas!

Everything was outstanding. The staff went above and beyond. The friendliest and helpful staff. Food was fantastic. We went in low season so no crowds and a la carte restaurants were not too busy. Evening entertainment could be better offering more variety but daytime entertainment were amazing. We will be back.

Room was clean. Housekeeping refreshed room and made it spotless again. The food was great. All staff, very friendly and very helpful. When I asked about food options due to an allergy. They took me right to the chef who made it a point every night to help guide me to the foods I could have. Awesome beach and entertainment crew.
