The property itself is beautiful and well-maintained, offering a peaceful and scenic atmosphere. However, the rooms were just average—nothing particularly special given the cost. We encountered minimal maintenance issues during our stay. The dining experience was disappointing. The food was overpriced and not very good. Every restaurant bill included an automatic 15% gratuity and 10% VAT, which may explain why the service was poor. Staff were inattentive and overall the service felt indifferent. Several of the complementary services advertised were not available, and no explanation was ever given. When we asked for information or assistance, staff often seemed bothered or uninterested in helping, which added to the overall frustration of the stay. While the property has potential due to its location and appearance, the lack of basic hospitality, poor service, and unresolved room issues made this a disappointing experience. I would not return unless major improvements are made.

Lots of beach chairs, with options for umbrellas. Water park was impressive. Variety of restaurants to choose from. Rooms were spacious and clean. Things to improve: Door to allow privacy in the washroom for the toilet area versus the shower and sink area. When travelling with a 2-3 people or family, would be nice to have the privacy when everyone is sharing a bathroom and trying to get ready at the same time. Overall staff were friendly, however I had a negative experience with the main entrance staff. When our room lock battery stopped working at 10pm we could not get back into our room to go to sleep and we needed the battery changed. There was a long line up for check in and the staff stated we had to wait in the line up to speak with them and were rude. I would suggest having a separate line for current guests needing assistance from the general check in line. That way issues and concerns of current guests are addressed adequately and guests can get back into their room to rest in a timely manner.

We loved the pools and all the activities around the resort. The food was okay nothing stellar and would have liked to see more authentic local cuisine. Also, more diversity in the choices would be great. We will be back next year. Wonderful time.

Baha Mar is like visiting Reno on the beach. The resort is impressive and the water park was included, which seems like a good value. In hindsight, we regretted booking there though. It felt like a trip to Reno (not quite Vegas) with insane prices everywhere you turn. There were no shows, like in Vegas. The casinos seemed empty most of the time, even though it occupied half of the resort. Food choices seemed limited given the sheer volume of guests staying there and trying to get a reservation was challenging. When you did get one, expect to drop $200-500 for some dinners (2 people). The beach shuts down Everytime they see a rain cloud. It just didn't feel like Bahamas at the end of the day.

The hotel only 10 mins from airport and we check in early which is bonus.The staff was great.The property was so well kept.Walking to the beach and to the water park which was amazing we had great time.We ate at noodle stix which was great you got a lot of food for what for paid for and served hot.That was are go to place we enjoyed it.I will go back to this place it was amazing.
