This property is okay. Customer service isn’t bad but isn’t good. For instance, asked if they had a map the lady looked around and said no don’t have anymore. She didn’t say you can download the app with the map or the people outside with the map. She just said no I don’t have one anymore. When I asked about checking out, I wanted to get a check out for one hour later 12 instead of 11 AM on the phone. They said no we can’t do that went downstairs and they said OK. We can give you one more hour just no real solid communication. No one‘s gonna go out of their way to help you or smile or act cheery that you’re there make you feel welcomed. The rooms in the hotel in general OK. Beach area is OK super crowded though. The waterpark was the highlight. Perfect if you have kids.

A lot of dining options! Wish my room was cleaned better before checking in. Housekeeping did not put a fitted sheet on the bed and just laid another regular sheet on top that slid around.

Baha Mar is a fantastic family resort. Great swimming options, lovely beach, good food options and very safe and clean. Staff are lovely in the main except the front desk women who were curt, vaguely unpleasant and disinterested. Food is fantastic but VERY expensive. VERY expensive. But I’d rather pay and enjoy it than get terrible food at an all inclusive so we were fine.

Everything was really expensive. Service was rude. Tip was included in everything which made it even more expensive and the servers weren’t working for a tip, so they weren’t very nice.

This place would be perfect but way too many kids 6m-18yrs every age with lots bars and casinos. Just don’t like to mix my adult fun with kids.

The gran hyatt is a beautiful place filled withbgrreat food ,great staff and better yet great energy. Highly priced so be mindful of how you spend but overall great experience
