Rooms are ok, resort is super expensive, worst than Vegas or NYC. They charge a lot for service fee and taxes, and they expect tip on top of it all. Ridiculously expensive and the service isn’t that great. Nice amenities but you have to pay extra for most aside from pool or waterpark. It’s a nice resort but be ready to spend a pretty penny there

I loved the room. It felt like a studio apartment with all the amenities of home. The property and beach area were beautiful. No complaints.

The room was nice. Property would have been easier to get around if a map was offered at check in. I upgraded to ocean front, but had jack hammer construction literally under my window the entire time. I paid to sit on balcony and could not due to contrustion noise. If I had know there was construction I would not have upgraded and paid the extra money. This part was extremely disappointing.

Nice facilities and staff but food way too expensive for what you get. Would work on improving the value customers get from food. Liked the number of dining options but again way more than expensive than it should be.

This property was very nice but the prices for food and drink were insane. So just be mindful of this before booking. I have stayed in very nice places and traveled all around the world and what they charge here for food and drinks was absurd and that’s the only reason I don’t plan on ever coming back. To give you an example we got a chicken wrap to split and two vodka lemonade drinks and the total was $93. We had to leave property to get a bottle of vodka and make our own drinks for the remainder of our trip which isn’t fun on vacation!
