You get what you pay for: I wanted a cheap room in Nassau. This place delivered on price. But at that price, you get a poorly maintained facility in a subpar location. If price is your overriding concern, it's worth considering Colony Club Inn. If you have other priorities like comfort, style, or surrounding amenities, look elsewhere.

The room was very nice the pool was stained I didn't get in it the fire pit and tiki torches were not lit at night which would have kept the bugs away and made a nice atmosphere the breakfast was pretty nice if you like fried patties eggs everyday.. the location the surrounding area was abandoned in kind of junkie.. a nice touch would have been if they were able to have scooters or bicycles for people to ride because it was at least $25 to and from anywhere you wanted to go one way what I stay there again yes if all these things were in place the staff was nice and they kept free bottles of water for you everyday to drink 🙂

I had one of the worst hotel stays I've ever experienced. As soon as we opened the door to our room, we were overwhelmed by a terrible smell of mold, and the room looked rundown. When we raised our concerns, the staff came to spray the room, but that only made the smell worse and felt unhealthy. At that point, no one offered us a different room. It wasn't until we mentioned that we wanted to cancel our stay and request a refund that anyone actually took notice. We went to the front desk, where the receptionist made us wait for about five minutes because she was on a personal call. When she finally responded, the staff member was incredibly rude and condescending, outright telling us, "You will not get your refund." We felt completely disrespected. She then called her manager and put her on speakerphone. Instead of trying to resolve the issue, the manager spoke to us as if we were the ones arguing. We were told that we would receive a refund in two days, not three, but as of today, we still haven't received anything.

The rooms were nice and they were remodeling all around the property. The breakfast was good and was fresh juice. The pool looked nice but I didn’t go in it. They had excellent water pressure and clean sheets. The whole property had a nice tropical theme with walkways and a little sitting areas hidden away from everyone I would definitely go again
