Such a great stay! All the staff were so friendly and helpful during our stay. The resort is quiet and peaceful with plenty of great places to eat within walking distance. (Twisted Lime was our favorite!) Clean facilities and quiet room, slept great!

This is a great property, off the beaten path so offers a chance for quiet, seclusion, and privacy. The staff was lovely.

The staff was so friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the charm of this resort and that it wasn’t overly crowded with people. There were good restaurants that were walkable from the property. The pools left a little to be desired and both the slides were out of order for our entire stay. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely go back. It was probably a little expensive for the overall age and condition of the property but again it was a great vacation.

Property is away from the major tourism so is quiet and grounds are lovely. Limited dining within walking distance. Very nice if you want to relax by a small private beach and nice pool. They were great at arranging tours.

My husband needed to get an antibiotic and we were able to see a physician at LiveWell and get the antibiotic at a pharmacy all within one hour and about 2 blocks from our hotel rooom - amazing and so appreciated.

The main thing that stood out about the Sandyport Resort was the friendliness of the staff. Everyone greeted you with a smile. The resort was well looked after and clean. It’s well located too, being only 15 minutes from the airport, but far enough away not to be bothered by any noise. It’s also part of a wider resort area which includes multiple restaurants and bars, all within easy walking distance. The children loved the amenities provided: the direct access to the beach, the swimming pools and water slides, the tennis court and the ponds full of fish to admire.

A wonderful oasis away from the madness of downtown Nassau. So peaceful and serene. Dining around the property, while not abundant, was very good. Staff was friendly and helpful and always greeted us with a smile. In particular- Sarah at activities desk, Bass and MJ at the conch shack, Tanya for the amazing fresh conch experience and the housekeeping staff. Only thing that would really lift this place up would be a few kayaks and paddle boards for use in the lagoon. But this property is the place to be in Nassau for relaxation.

Frustrating customer service experience

We checked in at 9pm and realized our unit did not have WiFi as it was located far from the lobby. I called reception at 10pm and was told they would try to reset the router. When it didn’t work, I called back and the receptionist said she would put my name down for another room tomorrow. The next morning, I stopped by the reception at 9am - I was told a technician was on his way to fix the WiFi but if it didn’t work I could switch the room. I called again at 11am. This time I was told that the hotel was sold out and they didn’t have another room but the technician was on his way. I waited and called back 30min later. Since I had seen people check out, I asked for another room again. At 12pm, The receptionist called back and told me the technician was on his way so I told her I would wait 15min then we would need to switch the room. Finally at 12.45pm, the receptionist called back saying that another room opened up. I packed our stuff and went to the lobby to pick up keys - it was 1pm. What took 4 hours, 3 trips to the reception and 7 phone calls could have been completely avoided.

Most relaxing vacation ever

Terrific service , beautiful property. Need to walk to restaurants , do best to br in shape. Many young international families, so fun place to go. Most relaxing vacation ever.
