The jacuzzi was freezing and over-chlorinated, to the our body was burning. When I told them the jacuzzi was cold they said they’re waiting for a missing part. The main pool was under construction while we were there so we were only able to use the cold jacuzzi, a lap pool that was very dirty and a little man made beach they put together. If you would like to go to a real beach you have to take their shuttle to RIU’s beach. The place isn’t horrible but it’s not the kind of resort that I’m accustomed to staying at and it’s not worth the price. This place looks like a motel/hotel not a resort. Also, there is a mandatory non-refundable “resort fee” that you have to pay. They told me I’m allowed to use the “resort fee” money on anything in the resort. However, I just wanted my money back. Normally resorts hold a security deposit and give it back to you at the end of your stay, this place does not give it back. The drinks were great and the food wasn’t bad but I would not stay here again.

It’s about 5-6 minutes walking distance to Atlantis, and the food was good. No complaints! It’s is a small hotel with limited things to do, but you can walk and have fun in the area.

The property was often clean and staff were mostly hospitable and friendly, offering assistance with concerns. The spa was wonderful with great staff and would recommend to others to use. Food was great more often than not, especially the deserts. Resort had limited food options often only providing food to their buffet restaurant and never offered the Oriental restaurant "Ting on a Stick" and Edgewood was available once during my 2 week stay. The pool, pool deck, grill were inaccessible due to renovations and required walking around the construction to get to the lagoon, dock or other areas. The jacuzzi was out of service a couple of days, and floor 12 was under renovation. Additionally, the pool bathrooms were restricted making people have to go inside to use the washroom throughout the stay. The gym had limited equipment, some of which wasn't usable such as the stair master due to the low ceiling clearance and would benefit from adding a flat bench and a multifunctional gym machine. Was a relaxing stay and good vacation overall.

This hotel is remodeling their pool, there’s no where to really relax and sit by the pool or on the beach, we were very disappointed, we only stayed 1 night. There’s a lot of construction and our view from our room wasn’t attractive at all. The resort fee was $240. Which was overpriced. It’s a ripoff… I don’t recommend staying here.

Booking was deceptive. Stated Nassau's newest, all-inclusive, adult only resort. The image that gives is a newly built resort. The building was probably built in the 60s with stains & leaking ceilings. The water view from my friends room overlooked the garage dump next door. The pool was under construction & only other pool was the lap pool. The rooms were clean except for the one overlooking the dump. The tub was corroding & she had no shampoo or body soap like our rooms & had to ask twice to get them brought up. The staff was wonderful & friendly. The buffet was great! The one outside bar was good with friendly staff. The Majestic Tours located at this property I would not recommend at all. The Land tour with local food & rum tasking was a joke. We were supposed to be out front at 8am, which we thought was early, but got up to meet them. They never showed so we checked with front desk who called them. They cancelled because only us 3 & rescheduled for noon. They were also our airport shuttle & communication was very poor. If we had waited around for them, we would have missed our flight.
