The property amenities were a great paring with the Atlantis resort. The complimentary breakfast was awesome including local Bahamian cuisine. However, all the fees were not fully disclosed.

It was just right. Not overly crowded. Most of the staff was friendly and helpful. Also, it was very nice having access to the amenities at Atlantis. We enjoyed our stay. The breakfast could have been better. Not everyone eat pork products. It would have been nice to have hot cereal/oatmeal.

Rooms were nice, I wouldnt say modern as advertised but beds were comfy and water pressure was good. Property seemed open to family members on the weekend, this greatly impacted level of service, lack of tables at breakfast, large lines, screaming children, a guest was screamed at because she said shh to a child who had been banging metal cutlery on a metal table for 15 minutes...again it seemed to be a hotel staffs family member as management seemed to know them. Service was slow to clear tables during this time and another area really should have been opened. You cant take food out of the area so it really was not great for regular guests, felt like we were intruding on a staff event. Housekeeping was good but not consistent, sometimes there was enough water for all of us, othertimes not, sometimes hygeiene bags avail other times not. As long as you adjust expectations its fine, but really is 2 star service once all things are considered. There was one front desk member, name started with an R we only had him once but definitley the most friendly of the front desk staff.

I stayed there for my wedding anniversary. Before we checked in I requested a microwave. We have a special diet and it would have been a plus to have one, We were promised to have it in our room. It was in our room and we requested it again. Actually we requested for 3 days and it never arrived. Also I gave $100.00 cash at check in and was told it would be returned. I forgot to request it at check out but I was not even reminded about it and was not provided a receipt at check out. When I arrived home I noticed 3 charges totaling $300.00. I called the Comfort Inn Suites after I got back home. They said they would investigate. Bad customer service.

I overall enjoyed my stay at the property. I like the fact that we have access to Paradise hotel amenities, I think the breakfast options could be more versatile and there was one issue that I experienced with my Ac unit in my room , I feel like it could have been avoided had they inspected the room.

Well first had problems three times with room keys and worst of all the bed had bed bugs and I got bit and had to get medical treatment at the hospital came back and told the hotel and they did nothing for us like they didn’t care so they had a pull out sofa which we slept on for the rest of my two week trip and that was uncomfortable tried to find another place to stay to finish out the trip but nothing was available so had to deal with this so my worst nightmare never again

Comfort suites is a great choice. We had an easy check in, Darren was great and even laughed at my husband's dad jokes. Our room had a great view and they made everything super easy. The complimentary breakfast was good also!
