Horrible, dirty and unprofessional. 3 hours late to get my room and it stunk bad. Left immediately and they said I would receive my refund in 30~45 days. Getting the flu would be better than staying at Un-Comfort Suites.

Room was not what we ordered. Request for connecting rooms was not passed over to hotel but they did there best to make it work. Just had to wait a little longer to get a room that connected.

Staff was friendly. Good spot for your buck as it has free access to aquaventure. However, there are a few things that could be improved as far as the room goes. The room needed a few updates. The AC was loud, the toilet kept running water, so I closed the lid and after the toilet was left closed for several hours, the toilet seat was super wet from moisture so I’d have to wipe the seat down first. The room doesn’t have a whole lot of insulation so you can hear stomping from the floor above and you can hear people as they walk down the hall outside your door. Also, we found a huge roach in the restroom. Breakfast was included daily which was great and was mostly the same thing every day. I wish the breakfast menu would have changed daily to offer more options like biscuits etc.

The place was outdated and not the cleanliness hotel. While we were there, there were two water pipe bursts. It didn't affect our room, but still concerning. However, front desk personals were very friendly and we liked how close we were to Atlantis.

The room we received was quite run down—the carpets, sofa, and overall condition were disappointing. It was located on the first floor by the pool, so we could hear constant noise from the outdoor chairs, the bar, and the band. Additionally, the remote control didn’t work, some lamps were out, and several plugs were broken. Considering the price, this was one of the most expensive rooms we’ve paid for, and it did not meet our expectations

Wonderful, kind staff from front desk to maintenance to housekeeping. Great buffet breakfast with lots of options (one critique though, is that staff couldn’t seem to keep up with demand, with guests often having to bring attention to trays that were empty in order to have more food brought out). Clean, comfortable rooms.

Room smelled damp the entire time in the room. For 2 consecutive days water coming out from the third floor through the lighting in the hallway, with that there was no water pressure, so no showers for a few hours. To top it all off , the cracked door frames, especially the patio sliding doors! The breakfast was a joke with fryer bacon eggs, and oatmeal!
