Booked reservation on Expedia and there was not any possibility of refund for 1 nt - 2 employees that was last minute. One employee injured on job and needed immediate flight back to US - I guess its always best booking direct with flights and hotels, never works for you to use Expedia . Jet Blue was booked direct and did a wonderful job to accommodate

The staff starting our day with breakfast Tasha and Jules, were amazing. The front desk staff Sonia and Regnald assisted storing our bags once we checked out. It was a fantastic trip. All the staff were always pleasant, helpful and accommodating. We will be back again in February. Thank you all! Merry Christmas!

Calvin, Raegan and Vernita made our stay perfect! Our room wasn’t ready as we arrived early but we were offered a room to change into our bathing suites to visit the pool. We were offered cookies, that were very tasty. Calvin personally came to the pool to let us know when our room was ready. Walk to Atlantis was 5 minutes and we were able to access all the pools, slides and beach with no issues. Would definitely stay here again!!

My room was clean, but didn't function 100%. My toilet was leaking most of the 4 nights, maintenance came up and fixed it, but then it continued to leak after that. The A/C unit was really loud and I had to turn it off at night to sleep. Then the ceiling fan was loose and would make loud clicking noises. Lastly the Breakfast each day never really changed, and the food quality wasn't good. You need to swap most of the foods out everyday, not have the same ones. Other than those issues, I did enjoy my stay, my bed was comfortable, I felt secure with all the security around the island, and the staff was very nice and accommodating. Lastly, I loved having the Atlantis pass to enjoy their facility, great perk for your hotel!

The first room we staying in had a terrible smell, and the dresser drawers smelled of urine. They moved us to a new room, which was filthy. The bathroom door handle didn’t work, there was something (poop maybe) on the wall in the bathroom, and the closet door was hanging off. Overall the hotel is filthy and smells bad. Major upgrades and a thorough deep clean is needed as it ruins Paradise Island.

Everything is great. Except that the washroom inside the hotel room is a bit dark. The lighting is not strong enough. In addition, the shower is not strong enough. Perhaps plumbing is old?

Sonia at the front desk during our check-in and check-out was awesome, as was the rest of the Comfort Suites staff. Romm was clean and comfortable despite the tv remote that was wearing out and the sheer curtain panels that were worn out and shredding. Downside was the horrible odor in the hall when you got off the elevator on the 5th floor (the room smelled pleasant, though). Breakfast was good. I like that you can help yourself to the buffet breakfast again, after several years of being served (due to Covid restrictions). I'll be back for sure!
