TV doesn’t work properly. Called to fix it, but unfortunately I waited too long for the repair man to return to fix it. In the end, I called the front desk to cancel the fix because I only have to stay one more night before checking out. The drain in the bathtub doesn’t work properly either. It drained so slowly I became frustrated when taking the shower. I told the room service (cleaning) lady and she got the work done. Thanks to her for this. Staff are very helpful and attentive. The building, especially the drainage system needs to be upgraded.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Rooms were clean and the location was conveniently close to Atlantis, the marina, and the bridge and ferry to Nassau. The only reasons I can’t give 5 stars is that the room had a very strong mildew smell 3 days out of 6 and there was a power outage (that apparently was scheduled on the second last day - I was told that I must have received notification by letter under my door that morning, but I did not see a letter)

Excellent for the price. Spacious, clean room. Really short walk to Atlantis. It is right outside the property which makes it a little quieter. Staff is very friendly and accommodating.

Horrible, dirty and unprofessional. 3 hours late to get my room and it stunk bad. Left immediately and they said I would receive my refund in 30~45 days. Getting the flu would be better than staying at Un-Comfort Suites.

Staff was friendly. Good spot for your buck as it has free access to aquaventure. However, there are a few things that could be improved as far as the room goes. The room needed a few updates. The AC was loud, the toilet kept running water, so I closed the lid and after the toilet was left closed for several hours, the toilet seat was super wet from moisture so I’d have to wipe the seat down first. The room doesn’t have a whole lot of insulation so you can hear stomping from the floor above and you can hear people as they walk down the hall outside your door. Also, we found a huge roach in the restroom. Breakfast was included daily which was great and was mostly the same thing every day. I wish the breakfast menu would have changed daily to offer more options like biscuits etc.

The place was outdated and not the cleanliness hotel. While we were there, there were two water pipe bursts. It didn't affect our room, but still concerning. However, front desk personals were very friendly and we liked how close we were to Atlantis.

The room we received was quite run down—the carpets, sofa, and overall condition were disappointing. It was located on the first floor by the pool, so we could hear constant noise from the outdoor chairs, the bar, and the band. Additionally, the remote control didn’t work, some lamps were out, and several plugs were broken. Considering the price, this was one of the most expensive rooms we’ve paid for, and it did not meet our expectations
